Position : Project Lead/Project Manager (9-12 Years)- SME IP & Bumper
Job Description :
1. Experienced in Design & Development of Instrument Panel from the concept to mass production Design
2. Design Considering the Package, master sections, styling, vehicle regulation & performance
3. Experience in IP Feasibility check, and Master sections Creation
4. Experience in IP modeling, Good knowledge in plastic injection Molding
5. Design stage interactions with digital designer, package
6. OEM experience in Product Development with experience of complete life cycle.
7. Good knowledge in Interior fittings, Occupant safety regulation
8. Communication with onsite and understand the design modification
9. Should Have Experience with Asian / Japanese Customer
10. Intermediate checking with cross functional team and check Module level
11. Need to understand the Design for Manufacturing (DFM)
12. Guide team on continuous quality improvement
13. Discussion with Onsite & customer and align Maturation with Project schedule
14. Worked in at least two complete life cycle of Door design
15. Knowledge on Product Quality, Product Finance, and cost
16. Have Experience in supplier selection based on complexity and tool cost
17. 3D,2D and 3DA experience in Catia V5 & Catia V6
