Project Leader - Electrical (8-12 yrs)
Skill set :
- Work experience on High Voltage Battery pack and capacity calculations based on the load requirement.
- Good knowledge and sizing of Power electronics components like High voltage/power DC/DC converters and rectifiers
- Experience in sizing the electrical motor (300kw to 1,200kw). Ability to interpret the specification & performance curves and choose the components to meet product requirement.
- Good Knowledge selecting Power transformers and high voltage/power switch gear
- Have the ability to select and design junction boxes and size fuses and breakers for AC and DC.
- Experience in Electrical load calculations, cables & Bus bar sizing and selection of switch gear components (Contactors, relays, CB's etc).
- Exposure on electrical system testing as per IEC/ISO Standard. Example: Short circuit test, Cable Resistance, Ground fault, Voltage drops, and megger tests.
- Experience in Design of Ground fault protection circuit for heavy earth moving equipment or high voltage system.
- Ability to Design Electrical schematics and product architecture.
- Knowledge on System integration and troubleshooting.
- Exposure on standards like IEC, UL, UA & NFPA.
- Basic knowledge in CADD tools 2D & 3D is added advantage.
- Basic Knowledge of Electrical Simulation tools (LT SPice and MATLAB) is added advantage.
Experience Requirements :
- 8-12 Yrs of experience - Mining/Earth moving equipment /Off road vehicles.
- Experience automotive or electrical vehicle architecture.
- Candidates with practical experience in sizing of components is highly preferred.
Educational Qualifications:
- B. E / B.Tech /M.Tech - Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Power Electronics - Reputed institute with minimum of 70% or 7.5 CGPA.
