Project Leaders - Electro-Mechanical Systems (3-8 yrs)

Job Description : Urgent Requirement for a leading manufacturing Industry of Car Air-Conditioning System.

Designation : Project Leaders for Electro-Mechanical Systems

Experience Required : 3-10 Yrs

Remuneration : As per market standards

Qualification : B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical

Reports To : R&D Head

Location - Delhi/NCR

Basic Function :

Good experience in project management of automotive electro-mechanical systems (e.g. HVAC components and systems, heat exchangers, battery pack cooling systems, traction cooling systems, motor, pump, ECU etc.)

Job Responsibilities :

- Manage cost, quality and delivery or products/systems working with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders (e.g. sales and marketing, design, simulation, reliability, verification and validation, plant, purchase, supplier, customers) in fast paced R&D and Manufacturing set up.

- Have managed 2-3 automotive products development from scratch and proficient in product life cycle management (womb to tomb).

- Familiar with HVAC and Cooling systems for traction battery packs and motors with control strategy managed by electronic control unit and sensors.

- Strong in product engineering (e.g. product development process: focus analysis, DFMEA, DFMA, DRBFM, QFD etc.)

- Familiar with adjacent/related topics (e.g. design, simulation, reliability, verification and validation, vendor development, manufacturing processes, PPAP, SOP, field monitoring etc.). Can interpret results and reports.

- Proficient in Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) tools and methods

- Proficient in automotive standards (e.g. SAE/ISO/IEC/DIN etc.)

- Lead Failure and Root Cause Analysis (RCA: 8D, Fish Bone Diagram, 3 x 5 whys)

- Possess Quantitative and logical decision making ability

- Good experience with customer interaction/discussions

- Entrepreneurial, Team Player and Collaborative

- Proactive, take initiatives, possess good communication & interpersonal skills
