Project Management - Civil (10-15 yrs)
Qualification : BE/B.Tech (Civil)
- Oversee the total operations of On-site.
- Ensure statutory compliances, quality control parameters and environmental concerns for the above businesses.
- Bring in efficiencies and lead continuous improvement.
- Develop team members and drive a healthy culture.
The Project Manager is expected to :
Project Planning :
- Creating and coordinating the project plan and ensuring necessary resources are available for timely project progress.
Monitoring Standard Processes :
- Overseeing daily implementation of SOPs and systems using appropriate tools.
Budget Preparation :
- Developing annual budgets for various project aspects, aligning them with strategic plans.
Maintenance Standardization :
- Designing and ensuring standardized maintenance practices for machinery and tools at project sites.
Optimizing Operations :
- Managing internal procedures to optimize material handling, stock levels, and operational costs.
Creating a Culture :
- Establishing a culture of discipline, cleanliness, safety, and asset utilization at project sites.
Collaboration and Coordination :
- Liaising with architects, consultants, and commercial teams to ensure timely project progress.
Quality Control :
- Ensuring adherence to specifications and creating SOPs for maintaining quality standards.
Health and Safety Compliance :
- Monitoring health, safety, and environmental practices to maintain zero-accident zones and comply with statutory norms.
Team Development :
- Selecting and developing high-performance teams and maintaining team morale.
Skill Development :
- Facilitating skill development for the workforce in coordination with HR for better output.
Statutory Compliance :
- Implementing statutory norms and monitoring industrial relations for efficient labor deployment.
Vendor and Contractor Management :
- Evaluating, monitoring, and resolving issues with vendors, contractors, and sub-contractors.
Client Interaction :
- Engaging with key clients along with the commercial team as required.
Project Monitoring :
- Liaising with architects and consultants to understand and finalize project plans and ensure completion as per standards and timelines.
- Providing timely management reports with relevant MIS reports on labor, materials, and project progress.
Functional Behavioral :
