Project Management Head - Civil & Interior Design (15-20 yrs)
Job Description :
- Require Project Manager for Commercial Civil & Interior Designing projects with 15 - 20 years of experience.
- Must have experience in Civil construction, Site Management, Project Planning & Execution, Vendor Development, Contractor Management, Quality check & Preparing project reports.
- Candidate should be responsible for implementing an appropriate and effective project for commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Candidate should be responsible for guiding and managing coordination with vendors and contractor through the completion of the projects.
- Candidate should be ensure assigned projects are completed within schedules while meeting design guidelines.
- Candidate should be manage project deliverable including risk allowance, Monitor and control changes/variations,
- Candidate should be coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders.
- Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs and experience in the building construction industry is MANDATORY.
The position will be based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
- Candidate must be a young & dynamic professional with experience in civil construction and knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
