Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

- Lead the planning, coordination, and control of projects from inception to completion.

- Establish and implement the Project Management Plan.

Stakeholder Management:

- Establish excellent working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

- Chair meetings with vendors and other stakeholders and ensure minutes are actioned in a timely manner.

Financial Management:

- Develop the project budget and manage expenditure to achieve completion within budget.

- Raise purchase orders as and when required.

Project Monitoring and Reporting:

- Provide timely regular reporting on project progress, cost, key risks, and decisions required.

- Monitor compliance with the construction program and identify mitigation plans if the project is in delay.

Risk and Issue Management:

- Proactively identify risks and issues and formulate risk mitigation plans.

- Assess and resolve site coordination issues.

Health & Safety:

Manage the planning and implementation of Health & Safety before and during construction.

Project Handover and Close-Out:

- Manage and coordinate the project handover and close-out phases.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in managing real estate development projects.

- Strong leadership and coordination skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

- Proficient in project planning and financial management.

- Ability to identify risks and implement effective mitigation plans.

- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practices.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- This role demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual capable of leading complex projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
