Project Manager (10-12 yrs)
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate R&D projects from concept to completion. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure the successful development of innovative products and technologies. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage R&D projects from initiation through execution and delivery.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and technical leads.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
- Lead regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, manufacturing, regulatory, and quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical reports, status updates, and post-project evaluations.
- Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Electrical / Mechanical Engineer with 10-12 yrs of experience in project management, preferably in an R&D or technical environment.
-Tech Skills - Autocad, Solid Works, Creo, Unigraphics, MATLAB and SIMULINK
Capabilities
- Should be able to spearhead planning, execution, monitoring of a project, collaboration with cross functions seamlessly to ensure product/project implementation including vehicle integration, R&D, managing vendor relations, Capex, Testing, validation and homologation (Certifications), reporting on deployment and processes.
- Will need to implement quality control process to meet performance standards. Conduct regular audits to identify and address issues of deficiency.
