So what role will I play at IDfy?

Role - Project Manager

Qualification - B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/ME from a Tier 1 College or MBA from a Tier 1 College. PMP/PRINCE 2 certification is desirable.

Experience - Around 3 years of experience in Project Management for candidates coming from Tier 1 College. Experience of 7+ years required if candidate is not from a Tier 1 College.

- Proven ability in driving cross-functional projects

- Diligent in monitoring & follow-ups

- Understanding of technology & products is essential

- Expert in data analysis & budgeting

- Able to resolve conflicts & keeping all partners motivated

- Able to utilize all resources in an efficient manner

- Good Logical, Reasoning & Communication skills

Job Description -

- Handle end-to-end Project Management of various organization level projects

- Liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure proper timelines are maintained during execution

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

- Ensure resource availability and allocation

- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

- Do SWOT analysis for ensuring that the project scope matches with the larger organizational vision

- Manage conflicts between various internal/external stakeholders

- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
