Project Manager (5-8 yrs)
Description:
Key Responsibilities :
- Making clear project plans that include goals, deadlines, budgets, and required resources.
- Creating project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
- Leading project activities like design, engineering, supply, installation, testing and commissioning work.
- Managing site workers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Reviewing engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quantity details.
- Tracking project costs and ensuring the project stays within the approved budget.
- Coordinating with the procurement team to ensure timely supply of materials and equipment.
- Single point of contact for clients, consultants, and vendors throughout the project.
- Ensuring that all safety and quality standards are followed strictly at the worksite.
- Keeping all project documents well-organized, including reports, contracts, and progress records.
- Sharing Daily, weekly & monthly progress reports & plans to Department Head and management.
- Submission of documents to accounts for billing on competition of each milestone.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience: 7- 10 years of experience in project execution of chiller systems.
Knowledge of Electrical panels, PLC, SCADA and HMI Installations.
Skills: Auto Cad, Rivet, MS Projects etc.
Strong and in-depth knowledge and understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems
