Experience : 10- 15 Yrs
Business Objectives:
As per Business needs and initiatives, develop projects which will need compliance to our Standards, efficiently designed, delivery in optimum timeframe and stakeholder management.

- Business Partner
- Project Management
- Financial Management
- Risk Management
- Vendor management
- Coordination
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- To ensure timely, cost effective, within budget delivery of projects/ initiatives
- Business requirement, our standards and operational efficiency are met in projects
- Work with RE / FM / Fincon and Vendors to deliver
- Monitor and control the project activities and audit needs of process and documentation
Key Deliverables:
- Project and Initiatives within time and budget
- Compliance to our Standards and processes
- Communication and lead the delivery team
Education: Recognized qualification in Architecture, Construction or Engineering
Experience: 10 to 15 years
Skills:
Good Communication skills, strong relationship manager, Strong negotiator, Planning and monitoring, financial management and budget control, process driven, creative thinking ability, ability to relate to drawings and space, team player and ability to make sound decisions
