Job base Location : Vadodara, Gujarat (Note: Project Site visit Dahej as per requirement)

Job Title : Project - Manager

Location : Vadodara / Dahej - Gujarat

Reporting To : Project - Head

No. of Reportees : Direct: Project Engineers Indirect: Project Trainees

Role Objective : Ensure for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and within budget. Plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

- Ensure resource availability and allocation

- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques

- Report and escalate to management as needed

- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks

- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

Interaction :

- Functional head : Take direction related to project execution

- Suppliers/ Vendors : Coordination of activities at site/ Troubleshooting

- Contractors : Coordination of activities at site/ Troubleshooting

Experience : 10 - 15+ years

Qualification : B.E - Mechanical / Chemical

Skills & Competencies :

- Developing and Tracking Budgets

- Project Management

- Detail-Oriented

- Risk Management

Knowledge :

- Proven working experience in project management

- solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
