Project Manager - Civil (10-14 yrs)
The following requirement is for a HOTEL and Commercial Space Construction in Calicut, Kerala.
Must needed Attributes :
- Minimum 10 years experience in Structural Projects
- Should have monitored and executed minimum -3 basement projects
- Should be able to work single-handedly in the project
Responsibilities :
- Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
- Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.
- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, contract workers
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Direct and supervise workers.
- Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
