Job Responsibility: Independently able to handle projects. Co-ordination with Client and vendors, maintaining accuracy and quality of works. Keep track of project timelines as per schedule. Ensuring safety compliance at the work site with the help of vendors. Ensure timely follow up with the Client, vendors and other relevant authorities with respect to payments. Studying and reviewing civil and electrical drawings, specifications, safety aspects etc. well before start of an activity and planning resources accordingly.

1. Skills & Competencies required:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Solar Industry .

2. Must have field level experience.

3. Computer literate. Knowledge of MS office is mandatory.

4. Technically sound. Must have working knowledge of Structure and Electrical Designing.

5. Good communication skills and command over English.

6. Managing contract & contractor at site to ensure timely execution of works.

7. Handling weekly review meetings with Board of Directors.

8. Ability to handle Work force at site of magnitude of 30 plus people.

9. Experience with handling MNC, Government Clients preferred.

10. Should be flexible with travel throughout South India

Education: UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical, Civil/Structural preferred; Candidates with other degrees may apply only if they have the relevant experience in Solar/Renewable energy industry
