the Following is a List of the Major Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

1) Preparation of the Project Schedule.

2) Should have Very Good Experience in Purchasing, Billing, Planning, & Proper Execution.

3) Review the Project Plans and Specifications and Comment On the Building Design, Scheduling, Possible Cost Savings Measures and Potential Construction Problems.

4) Assist Estimator in Preparation of Project Budget

5) Prepare the General Conditions Budget.

6) Assist in Assembling the Job Site Office and Equipment Requirements.

7) have Confidence in Own Ability to Intelligently Communicate with Design Team/ client as Well as Effectively Lead the Trades.

8) Monitor and Maintain the Project Construction Schedule On a Weekly Basis.

9) Raise and Discuss Relevant Issues At the Job Site Meetings.

10) Manage the Day- to- day Working, Utilization, Implementation and Technical Consultants Engaged On Client Assignments. from Ensuring the Correct Material Turns Up Before a Job, to Explaining the Work Ethics and Activities to Colleagues.

11) Monitor Site Safety and Ensure that the Requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are Enforced.

12) Ensure Completion of and Track all Independent Testing and Inspections as Required.

13) Issue Monthly Progress Draws and Invoicing to Consultant and Client Including Final Holdbacks..

14) Maintain and Enforce Good Construction Standards and Quality Control.

15) maintain Control and Responsibility for the Security.

16) Control and Monitor Labour, Material and Equipment Expenses.
