Project Manager - Civil (8-20 yrs)
Opening for Civil Project Manager with an leading construction company
Mivan shuttering technology and high-rise building projects.
The ideal candidate will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project execution of high-rise building construction using Mivan technology.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Manage labor, materials, and site logistics effectively.
- Review and interpret construction drawings and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare project reports, budgets, and schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits regularly.
- Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and contractors on-site.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 8 to 18 years of experience in civil construction with a strong focus on Mivan formwork and high-rise structures (20+ floors).
- Proven ability to manage large-scale residential/commercial projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction standards, project planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.), and AutoCAD.
- Exposure to safety and quality management systems.
