Project Manager - Civil - Construction (6-12 yrs)
Salary offered: 15 - 20 LPA
We are looking for a Project Manager - Civil.
Project Management of Base-building, Interior Fit-out projects & Green Building Projects.
Proper planning in pre execution stage.
- Clearly define the scope of works.
- Proper selection of the vendors.
- Prepare all the compliance required for the project.
Proper co-ordination between client/contractor/ Architect and HO.
- Organized the weekly project review meeting for discussed project related issue.
- Any issue at site should be highlighted on time to the concern party.
Pre qualification of vendors, Tendering, Negotiating and Vendor Appointment, coordination with Client & Design team.
Construction Management
- Involved in preparation of prestart estimate for project it includes following
- Planning manpower and Material (labour requirement).
- Budgeting of Project.
- Financial planning (Preparing Cash flow )
Project Planning and Scheduling, Cost Control, Procurement tracking, Billing, Client Management, Construction Monitoring, Evaluation of the Building Services and Closeout Management.
