- Expertise in handling all aspects of construction of building/road/canal/dam or any civil structure in individual capacity.
- Plan, create, follow the timeline of projects.
- To handle from planning, execution to completion of the project
- To Appoint & Manage Sub ; Contractors, to coordinate with consultants and Govt officers.
- To give details of requirement of labour and material well in advance during construction.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office & MS Projects is a preferable.
- Plan taking into account drawings, modifications to drawing, material inward time, weather conditions, requirements for execution of daily work- like labour and materials required, site instructions by company and employer.
- Quality control to see the quality and quantity at site during execution matches the approved drawings and site instructions.
