Project Manager
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Project Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, JMR, BOQ, tendering, abstract and specifications.
- Monitor daily site activities and resolve execution challenges.
- Ensure timely project completion within budget.
2. Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare project budgets and cost estimates.
- Monitor expenses and control cost overruns.
- Review vendor quotations and finalize contracts.
- Ensure proper billing, certification and payment follow-ups.
3. Site Management
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and site discipline.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
- Maintain site documentation and records.
4. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and statutory regulations.
- Implement quality control procedures.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
- Ensure project meets contractual and technical specifications.
5. Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as primary point of contact for clients.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams,and vendors.
- Provide periodic progress reports to management and clients.
6. Risk Management
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Handle delays, disputes, and unforeseen site issues effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil)
Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in in civil construction projects
Additional Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Project scheduling (MS Project / Primavera preferred)
- Budgeting and cost control expertise
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Contract management knowledge
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Preferred Experience
- Experience handling large-scale turnkey projects.
- Exposure to high-rise buildings / industrial structures.
- Knowledge of safety standards and ISO procedures.
