Key Responsibilities :
- Preparation of proposals and tenders for the Technical Production Centre in India
- Synthesis of RFPs Collection of Man Month for each entity/discipline
- Participation in coordination meetings with Head office Technical Department/other Technical teams etc.
- Support of the interface between the Technical Production Centre in India and the internal client on projects Project management assistance acting as Project Manager Officer if required by some projects Implementation of graphic production standards (catalogues, rendering etc)
- Establishment of an In-house training catalogue Implementation of a quick start package for the multi-site Assistance in implementing projects.
