Job Description-
SCOPE OF ROLE
- This position will be responsible for managing complete civil works execution and coordination for high-rise residential building projects (35+ floors).
- Additionally, he should be able to lead the project independently as a Project Lead from start to completion.
LEVEL OF AUTHORITY
- Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.
- Responsible for setting own project/team deadlines.
- Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL)
Internal & External Clients
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Actively engage in initial design development and review constructability of the project design.
- Review legal and statutory compliance of design and follow up on obtaining approvals in time.
- Co-ordinate with all disciplines of project execution and consultants.
- Ensure Contractors submit shop drawings and obtain approvals.
- Ensure conditions of approvals are implemented at site during execution in a timely and sequential manner.
- Monitor the execution of civil works (piling, D-wall, superstructure, aluminum/Mivan shuttering, finishing) as per drawings, specification, schedule, and quality.
- Provide value addition in the selection of vendors & material suppliers in line with the agreed procurement process with the Client.
- Responsible for installation and execution monitoring of structural and finishing works.
- Manage project handovers, ensuring all works are complete as per contracts, with receipt of relevant documents like manuals, test certificates, and as-built drawings.
- Initiate training and handover sessions through Contractors, Consultants, and PMC team.
