Project Manager - Civil/Interior Design (4-5 yrs)
We are looking for the Project Manager in Bangalore.
Designation / Position: Project Manager
Company Profile: It is a Cochin based Interior Design brand having 700+ employees and the largest home interior designers in Kerala and Bangalore with 15 years of experience. They do only Home/Residential interior designs. They are a big brand in celebrity home interiors.
Job Description :
Must & Should have experience in an Interior Design Industry/Company.
1. Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and preferences in detail, including any special considerations or concerns.
2. Managing materials and labor costs to ensure that projects stay within budget guidelines.
3. Reviewing bids from subcontractors to ensure they are reasonable in price and scope of work offered.
4. Working with architects to coordinate design details with construction plans.
5. Preparing progress reports for clients on a regular basis throughout the duration of the project.

Candidate Profile: Male, Smart, Energetic, Responsible, Should be fluent in English, Presentable, Management skills, Dedicated, and With a clear employment background. A Candidate must & should have experience in an Interior Design Industry.
Relevant Experience: 4+ Years as a Project Manager (Interior Design Industry)
Languages: English & Hindi
NOTE: Looking for the candidates from North India only.
Salary Offered: Up to 5L PA / Depends on the experience, performance & competency level of the candidates.
Job/Work Location: Bangalore
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Civil)
Two Wheeler Preferred
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred / 15 Days Max
