Project Manager - Construction (20-25 yrs)
Required Skill Set :
Technical Skills : Project Planning Experienced, Construction, Structural Analysis
Responsibilities :
- Determine & manage needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
- Coordinate between Architectural team and design consultant for deliverables
- Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
- Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
- Develop a construction schedule, with project deliverables and milestones.
- Allocate and manage resource logistics.
- Create status reports for project stakeholders.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation for day-to-day construction activities.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards Ensure Quality and Safety at site.
- In short, ensuring overall site management, work execution and progress compliance with focus on Quality, Cost & Timeliness
Desired profile of the candidate :
- Candidates having experience in MSB up to 19 stories.
- Should have worked consistently for 4-5 years in each organization.
- This job majorly involves field/site work.
- It is mandatory to be at our project site at all times of execution.
