Job Summary : You are responsible for the management of multiple construction projects of Brick&Bolt. Lead team of Site Engineers

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Project Management - Manage the construction projects executed by Brick&Bolt. Tracks all the project milestone and ensures that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Ensure that the projects are executed as per Brick&Bolt quality standards.

- Project Updates - Updates customers on latest project status. Also update customers and contractors for any anticipated delay.

- Manage customer grievances regarding the project and solve their technical queries. Try to generate amazing customer experience while construction for high NPS.

- Need to be exceptional in practical civil engineering knowledge and issues that typically arises on site. Ensures that such issues are mitigated and contractors are warned off in advance.

- Contractor & Vendor Management. Coordinate with contractors for project updates and direct them for any work that need to be executed at site. Onboarding of new Contractors.

- Work as an arbitrator between customer and contractor for any issue that may arise.

- Amazing communication skills and provide great customer experience.

- Stage-wise payment management.

- Manage site engineers and other team members. Plan and coordinate effective and efficient site visits.

- Understand civil contracts and ensures that they are detailed to avoid any future expectation issues.

- Visit customer sites (whenever required) for seamless and smooth execution of project.

- Constantly upgrade the quality assessment system & checklist, required for ensuring top construction quality in all projects executed by Brick&Bolt.

- Training the team and developing project management experience and resources.

What you should have :

- Experience and passion for efficient and smooth project management.

- Have a keen eye for minutest details for contract and execution

- Clarity of thought and communication

- B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering

- 3 years experience in construction project management and at least 1 year worked as site engineer.

- MBAs preferred.
