Job Profile :
- Handling multiple site exp
- Preparation of equipment schedule; as reference for total equipment requirement.
- Preparation budget/cost in each project as reference frame for project expenditure and cost control.Preparation and monthly billing
- Reconciliation of Material.
- Indenting for Material.
- Liasioning with Management Contractor Engineers and RCC consultants to get approval and arrange and manage site meetings and progress meeting
- Maintaining various Contractual records likes Drawing register, Holdups and hindrances; customers complaint register.
- Preparation manpower schedule as reference for total work force required to complete the project and to minimize labour cost.
- Preparation/update progress report in weekly and monthly basis and prepare and analysis for man power efficiency
