Job Description :
- Prepare detailed planning of the project.
- Prepare and analyze the project schedule.
- Ensure execution according to the planning.
- Ensure the work is being done in accordance with the drawings provided.
- Ensure the work is done in compliance with the standards of quality and safety requirements of the client.
- To ensure the bills are prepared and submitted on time to ensure timely payments.
- Planning of procurement of raw materials.
- Maintaining a suitable lead time (at least 1-2 months) for procurement.
- Controlling costs and wastage of raw materials.
- Minimize unplanned labour consumption.
- Maintain fitness and calibration of all tools and machinery.
