Job Description :

Experience Requirements:

1. Should have the knowledge of maintenance process.

2. Should have knowledge of environmental, health and safety requirements in a Ammonia and Urea Plant

3. Executing the project within the defined requirements (e.g. cost, time, functionality, customer satisfaction)

4. Monitor the progress of the above work and ensure that deliverables are received on time

5. Prepare the overall process map integrating the different modules

6. Resource and project planning

Document management Project reviews/ Quality reviews

Execution of project according to existing guidelines and processes

7. Correct assignment and monitoring of costs.

8. Drawing up invoices and tracking claims

9. Internal project controlling (deadlines, costs and quality).

10. Regular project reporting/project status discussions/milestone reviews.

11. Preparation of Price calculation sheet Good communication skills & Customer orientation.

12. Candidate should be above average on ability to learn, willingness to take initiative. Should be familiar with project management tools and concepts (eg.MS projects, fundamental of critical path, etc.).

13. Should have exposure to commercial concepts and played a key role in procurement of project components.

14. Candidate from heavy engineering company should able steel / power etc

14. Proposed Salary Range: 8 Lac to 12 Lac PA

Salary:INR 7,00,000 - 12,00,000 P.A.
