Job Description :
Main Activities :
- Module/Rack/Enclosure design
- Cable and harness design
- Schematic and PCB design
- Electrical interconnect diagram, wiring diagram & General assembly diagram.
- Electromechanical products design
- Engineering documentation and Product release using ECR/ECN/ECO process
- Electrical/Electronics/Electromechanical component selection
- Project tracking and Team management
- Project review meeting, Design review meeting, Change meetings with different stake holders located globally
- Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating new business from existing resource and achieving targets, increased revenue and growth
- Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort and provide the team with a vision of the project objectives
- Self-motivating with the ability to work unsupervised and under pressure
- Recruiting, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in business operations and meeting of individual and group targets
- Conducting meetings for setting up client objectives and streamlining process to ensure smooth functioning of operations
- Quality check
- Increase the team size by interacting with different stake holders
- To train the team regularly to improve the overall productivity
- To achieve the overall team target and ensure each team member is achieving the target and contributing revenue to the company
- To review the performance of each team member and guide them to meet the company Expectation
- To ensure that the team is always highly motivated
- Manage Electrical/Electronics/Electromechanical Engineering projects
- Regular Onsite Coordination
- Technically sound knowledge - must have
Skills :
- Good Hands on in PCB Design Tools Allegro/Xpedition/PADS, 2D tool like AutoCAD and 3D tools like SolidWorks/UGNX
- Hardware Design and Electro-Mechanical assembly Design
- Proficient knowledge on entire Product life cycle management and PLM tools like Team Center/SAP
- Proficient knowledge on ECR/ECO process
- Develop and Implement complete solutions for Electrical/Electronic/Electromechanical products
- Good knowledge on Engineering documentation, BOM management, Release process andChange management
- Cable/Harness design and routing
- Component Engineering and Obsolescence Management
- Sound Knowledge on Electrical/Electronics/Electro Mechanical components
