Basic Candidature:

Job- FUNCTION: Project Manager- Kabul

Job Location: KABUL, AFGANISTAN

Experience: Minimum 12 yrs in Construction of Substations upto 400KV. Minimum 2 Substations project completed as PM and involved on full cycle of project

Qualification: Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineer

MBA with certification course in project management preferred

Industry Exposure: EPC Company in Power Transmission Line. EHV Substation (220 KV & 400 KV)

SPECIAL EXPERIENCE: Proficient knowledge of International Projects and Standards

Language: English (Proficient) both Oral and Written

Interview: Required. Skype/ Face to Face

SALARY: Commensurate with qualification. Experience and as per PREVALENT industry STANDARD

FUNCTION:

- Direct and manage full cycle of the project from Initiation to handover.

- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

- Experience in developing project charter and knowledge of MS Primavera and provide site progress inputs to planning Engineer as and when required.

- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents and insure all communications from site has been per approved communication chart.

- Make sure that document control system being followed perfectly having all IN,OUT going letters, submissions, communications etc.

- Make sure site activities has been done with approved drawing and control copy issued by Design team, activities being done as per contract documents, approved Bog and specification.

- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

- Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.

- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

- Track project milestones and deliverable.

- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposal, requirement, documentations, and presentations.

- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.

- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractor, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

- Look after HSE and quality management plan and make sure it is implement during executin of the project.

- Experience in civil, electrical installation, testing and commissioning till the handover.

- Cost Control.

- Material handling experience.

- Project Management.

- Risk Review.

Salary:INR 8,00,000 - 15,00,000 P.A.
