Key Accountabilities

1 To Lead specification finalisation from internal customers and planning the same in time and implementation of the project in said time frame and minimal cost.

2 Facilitate the definition of project scope, major goals and deliverables and define the project tasks and resources.

3 Constantly monitoring and reporting on progress of the project to all stakeholders. Present report defining the project progress and problems and solutions.

4 Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of the project ( Embedded electronics and computer aided software for the same )

5 Proven experience in People, risk, change management and Proficient in project amangement software.

6 Critical thinking and problem solving skills professional with self organised, good communication skills, influencing and leading, power of negotiation and delegation required. Adaptability with situation and financial obligations to execute project in stress tolerance.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Educational qualifications (Threshold educational background required to execute the role) ME Electronics or B.E Electronics

Relevant experience (Type/ Nature and years of relevant experience required to execute the role) 7-8 years

Necessary Functional Skills required for this job Excellent knowledge of Electronics/computer aided design and Developments through external design houses, Project Management, Result oriented professional for electronics and computer software development.
