Project Manager - ETP & STP Operations (18-25 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Project Management with Erection commissioning of WTP drinking water, buster pump house heading the projects with civil, Electro-mechanical, tender process, project planning, financial & administration.
- Responsible for handling the engineering team, for Design & details engineering of, water treatment plant, RO plant, CETP, STP, ETP solid waste management system & ZLD
- Sizing & selection of rotary equipment as pump, blower, centrifuge, thickener, Clarisettler, disc filter and static equipment as filter, gates, valves, screens, structural post, piping calculation and selection.
- Finalization of layout, GA, BEP, QAP, method of statement & datasheet, vetting, submission & approval as per requirements.
- Coordination with technology supplier & consultant for equipment shipment, drawing revision & front clearance.
- Looking after the MEP package of various commercial & industrial projects.
- Prepare work order & purchase order, indent in SAP, technology, scope finalization for various capex, brown field & extension projects.
- Review & approvals of billing break-up, running bills of contractor for supply, erection, construction & commissioning, completion certificate of project.
- Review & approvals of change of scope, LD, time extension of projects, NCR, penalty, indemnity & arbitration issues.
- Preparation of pretender, post tender documents & tender process with technical & financial aspect.
- Selection of vendor, subcontractor, technology finalization, floating of techno commercial offers, approval of equipment from HO &client, purchase order, PDI, dispatch clearance, storage of equipment, materials at the project site.
- Finalization of BEP, basic & detail engineering package, process flow, billing break-up & coordination with design team, PMC & Client for approval of documents.
- Checking & verification of designer's submissions (design basis reports, value engineering, cost benefit analysis, drawings etc) & coordinate with client/EPC for project implementation.
- Responsible for overall administration, management, implementation, monitoring and reporting as the chief of the Project Management Unit (PMU).
- Responsible for the Project Steering Committee and; develop and maintain close liaison with the sectorial government ministries/agencies, civil society, international organizations, stakeholders and implementing partners of the project.
