Project Manager - Fabric - Laundry Operations (5-7 yrs)
- Inspection - To inspects spots and ensure doable garments are collected from the customers.
- Logistics - To manage the delivery and collection of garments from the customer.
- Subscription Renewal - To renew subscriptions for existing customers every month and up-sell higher subscriptions.
- Customer Relationship - To provide end to end support to existing customers by ensuring on time pick-up and delivery services.
- Customer Retention - To solve issues of customers related to pick up, delivery and quality issues.

Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Travel with the logistics staffs to inspect stains and collect doable garments from the customer.
- Advice and address customer's issues and queries related to the garment.
- Maintain high level of professionalism when interacting with the customers.
- Ensure garments are collected as per company's expected standard
- Determine spotting procedures on basis of type of fabric and nature of stain
- Renew subscriptions for existing customers and up-sell higher subscriptions to existing customers during the renewal process
- To provide end to end support to customers through the process of renewals and grievance resolution; act as relationship manager for the customer and address and resolve customer distress and issues
- Regularly follow up with existing customers for lead conversion
- Submit daily report to reporting-in charge on work progress
- MIS updating
- Perform other duties as and when assigned
