JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Defining assigned projects in conjunction with the business stakeholders

- Design to implementation of Projects.

- Facilitate in establishing key operational purpose, deliverable, goals and results from projects briefs submitted

- Ensuring the successful delivery of team & project activities and outputs associated primarily with Innovation & High Complexity Projects (including CMSS) as appropriate

- Apply common project management process, methods, techniques and tools

- Manage the project deliverable to the time, cost, quality requirements and expectations of sponsors and stakeholders

- Providing an enabling bridge through application of a Professional Project Management discipline and service, between Global/Regional Marketing and the rest of the organization,

- Good awareness of multiple business disciplines and processes across Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, R&D, Regulatory & Compliance, Procurement and IT, within the FMCG industry.

- Manage the projects assigned in all competence elements of project management.

- Managing a number of concurrent high complexity projects and global rollouts critical to MTP delivery

QUALIFICATION:

- 8+ years of experience in Project Management

- Hands on New Product Development projects

- Candidates from Foods & Beverages/ Dairy industries preferred.
