Job Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the achievement of safety targets and set standards of zero tolerance of unsafe working practices and occurrences.

- To deliver the construction area within budget, quality assurance standards, on program and to stringent safety parameters.

- To work with the planning team to develop detailed and accurate programs of work.

- To assess the staff capability and performance.

- To manage the budget and delivery of the site/section.

- To provide accurate and timely reporting of progress against the project plan.

- To promote adoption of innovative ideas from within the business and from the workforce.

- To plan the program of day to day resource requirement and communicate these to the construction team.

- To interface with other site managers to share best practice and ensure effective resource utilization.

- To monitor external changes to work plans and report the effect of change.

- To attend site meetings and review progress in safety, quality, technical and productivity.

- To ensure effective implementation project management systems and procedures.

- Contribute to the contract review process.

- To maximize utilization of all resources.

Skills Required:

- Should have minimum 15 years of experience in construction of Building (Residential/Industrial/Commercial)

- Should works with the level of PM/GM

- Very good presentable and leadership skills

- Team management

- Target oriented
