Job Description:

- The Project Manager will be initially accountable for the execution of the Green / Brown Field project Process, Utilities, Material & People flow .

- He will also manage the relationship with the Engineering and General Contractor on site.

- This role will directly report to the India Director .

- He should be expected to have strong knowledge of Fabrication, Galvanizing or Powder Coating and Welding.

Responsibility :

- Project Management

- Accountable for the on-time, on-budget and safe execution of the project.

- Manage the Project Team and General Contractor on site.

- Negotiation with contractors.

- Implement and apply appropriate project monitoring tools.

- Support project management in contingency and resource planning.

- Accountable for creation of project documentation.

- Responsible for coordinating activities related to the application for and approval of statutory local authority Planning Approvals required for the project.

- Chairs summary project meetings and ensures all other necessary specialist meetings are held as required.

- Responsible for procurement, contract strategy, and the selection of contractors & suppliers, Negotiate and Lead Tender Processes in consultation with India Director.

- Responsibility for managing the project within the approved funds

- Responsible for ensuring each Project Engineering Team members full involvement during the development of the project and during its implementation

- Review the performance of 3rd party contractors and implement corrective action to optimize their involvement.

Salary:INR 18,00,000 - 25,00,000 P.A.

- Completed at least 1 Green / Brown Field Project Cycle in the capacity of a Project Manager / Head in India

- Strong command of English, Hindi & Marathi .

- Prior working experience in Pune will be an advantage.
