Project Manager - Highrise - Construction (20-30 yrs)
The Project In-charge is responsible for timely completion of Projects within budgeted costs, ensuring compliances (statutory, contractual & procedural).
To this effect, the Project In-charge shall
a. Study the Contract including BoQ, Specs & Drawings,
b. Administer the Contract with the Client,
c. Proactively interact with Client for timely inputs,
d. Follow the Standard Operating Procedures,
e. Comply with Statutory, QA/QC and HSE requirements,
f. Plan the construction work methods & logistics in detail,
g. Schedule the resource requirements well in time,
h. Finalize the Project Cost Budget and track it monthly,
i. Communicate with all in a robust & expeditious manner,
j. Deploy staff, workmen, formwork, P&M effectively,
k. Implement the work requirements by leading from front,
l. Conduct Daily & Weekly Review Meetings & Weekly Safety Walks
m. Minimize waste of time, materials, resources, other costs,
n. Manage the subcontract / labour effectively within budget,
o. Control and reduce construction cost, avoiding idling,
p. Submit bills and pursue timely payments by Client,
q. Precipitate Contract deviations for prompt resolution,
r. Attend to and resolve any non-conformity forthwith.
6. Key Deliverables : Budgeted Margin, Client Satisfaction, MIS Reports, Timely Compliances
