Job Description :

- Must & Should have relevant experience in an Interiors OR Construction Industry/Company (Mandatory).

1. Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and preferences in detail, including any special considerations or concerns.

2. Managing materials and labor costs to ensure that projects stay within budget guidelines.

3. Reviewing bids from subcontractors to ensure they are reasonable in price and scope of work offered.

4. Working with architects to coordinate design details with construction plans.

5. Preparing progress reports for clients on a regular basis throughout the duration of the project.

- Should have experience in Residential Projects.

Candidate Profile : 

- Male, Smart, Energetic, Responsible, Should be fluent in English, Presentable, Management skills, Dedicated, and With a clear employment background. A Candidate must & should have experience in an Interior Design/Construction Industry.

Age : Below 30 Years

- Freshers also considered with B.Tech in Civil graduate, and salary offered is 21K PM (Max.)

Relevant Experience : 4+ Years as a Project Manager (Interior Design/Construction Industry)

Languages (Bangalore) : English, Kannada

Languages (Hyderabad) : English, Telugu

NOTE : Looking for the candidates from Bangalore & Hyderabad only.

Salary Offered : 40K - 50K PM / Depends on the experience, performance & competency level of the candidates.
