Job Description :
Spearhead all aspects of project management for a Luxury real estate project to meet Time & Cost Deadlines.
Responsible for Contract administration, Project planning, scheduling and cost control.
Control and direct the work of all site based operations,provide technical guidance and resolve critical site issues
Coordinate between architects and contractors & ensure strict quality control procedures are maintained
Liaise with various government departments and authorities for obtaining various approvals & clearances.
Candidate Profile
- BTech OR BE in civil engineering
12-15 years of total experience with minimum 4-5 years as a Project Manager with a reputed Real Estate firm
Hands on experience in execution of High rise luxury residential projects of size 5 lakh sq ft and above
Compensation- INR 20- 25 lacs per annum
