Project Manager - Mechanical (5-8 yrs)
Main Task of Position:
-  Responsible for the on-time delivery of the product/packages as per the purchase order.
-  Review of contract with respect to technical and commercial specifications with sales.
-  Carryout RISK Management throughout execution.
-  Obtain clarity on technical and commercial disparities if any in the purchase order from the client.
-  Obtain approval of drawings, documents and Quality Assurance Plan from client, consultant and third party inspection agencies.
-  Expedite procurement of Bought out Equipment's in Co-ordination with Supply chain management.
-  Interface with Design, Planning, manufacturing to smooth execution of the project.
-  Expedite inspection with Consultants, Third Party Inspection Agencies and Client and co-coordinating with Quality Assurance Dept for relevant documentation required for completion of inspection.
-  Co-ordinate with Manufacturing, Excise and Accounts Dept to ensure proper documentation of billing and dispatch.
-  Obtain Performance approval test certificate from Client/Customers.
-  Interface with CSS for timely erection and commissioning of packages.
-  Obtain payments / relevant bank guarantees from customer.
-  Maintain and follow defined quality management system in the project execution.
-  Update and maintain appropriate MIS.
-  Maintain & adhere QMS & procedures.
Education / Experience:
-  Education & Experience: BE / B Tech (Mechanical) 5-7 years of experience
-  Skills:
-  I&C, site management / construction experience will be an added advantage
-  Sound knowledge of rotating / static equipment's engineering
-  Knowledge of AutoCad / UG for 2D & 3D modeling will be an added advantage.
-  Knowledge of EOHS
