Project Manager - Mechanical - ADS (6-8 yrs)
Job description :
- Handle NPD & Product maintenance projects.
- Analyze the project/task requirement
- Identify resource/team
- Facilitate the team to execute the project
- Monitor the progress of the project
- Forecast risk and assertive on mitigation Strategy.
- Represent CMTEC in customer\design reviews
- Facilitate the team to resolve queries.
- Review the designs & drawings and ensure deliverables are meeting the scope.
- Ready to work on CADD Design, PDM/PLM systems based on project needs.
- Resource planning
- Active participation in recruitment- Team building.
- Motivate the team and keep the organization values high.
- Reporting to the Manager in a timely and efficient manner
- Complying to company policies and follow company values and business code of practice.
- Exhibits Epiroc core values, integrity and open global culture.
Skill set :
- Project management
- Design time Estimation - resource planning- Team building.
- Good Knowledge on Heavy Engineering & Structural design.
- Good knowledge in design calculations & experience in reviewing the designs.
- Basic knowledge on Hydraulics & Electrical.
- Decent exposure in manufacturing process.
- Expertise on CADD Software (preferably Creo) & PLM/PDM systems.
- Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills
Experience Requirements :
- 12-15 Years of experience - Out of which at least 6 to 8 years in Mining/Earth moving equipment /Off road vehicles
- Candidates with practical experience in sizing of components is highly preferred.
Educational Qualifications :
- B. E / B.Tech - Mechanical - Reputed institute with minimum of 70% or 7.5 CGPA.
