Project Manager - Mechanical Engineering (10-15 yrs)

Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire a Project Manager for a leading Cement and Mining industry with Products like Crushers, Rotary Kiln, Thickeners
Your Responsibilities :
- Responsible for overseeing overall project management or multiple work streams of medium complexity. This includes managing the project plan, scope, cost, work schedule, design and build phases, and contractual deliverables.
- Conducts in-depth requirements analysis and determines the necessary size and composition of the project team.
- May oversee day-to-day tasks for project resources, including subcontractors if applicable.
- Establishes effective communication channels with stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Ensures that project delivery aligns with the established project plan and budget.
- May generate comprehensive project reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Advocates for a culture of personal and team safety, prioritizing the well-being of all individuals affected by the company's operational activities.
What You Bring :
- Extensive experience in Project Management.
- Proficiency in planning tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both in interpersonal interactions and organizational communication.
- Demonstrated ability to make rapid and well-informed independent decisions, coupled with strong creative problem-solving skills.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High degree of organizational agility and awareness.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with an ERP system (e.g., Oracle).
- Knowledge and expertise in Cost Management.
Education Qualification :
- Possession of a Mechanical Engineering degree from a reputable university.
Experience :
- Accumulated 10 to 15 years of experience in procurement.
