Project Manager - Oil & Gas/Power/Infrastructure/Energy (10-14 yrs)
Stakeholder Engagement :
1. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Discom's Projects, Finance, Engineering, R&D, and IT Divisions.
- Act as the primary liaison between the organization and the Discom Headquarters for all technical matters.
2. Billing and Collection :
- Manage all aspects of billing and collections related to the project.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to Discom and monitor payment collections.
3. Project Coordination :
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
4. Technical Support :
- Provide technical support and expertise to address Discom's queries and concerns.
- Assist in resolving technical issues that may arise during project implementation.
5. Documentation and Reporting :
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, and correspondence.
- Generate project progress reports and updates as required.
6. Problem-Solving :
- Identify and address challenges and roadblocks that may hinder project progress.
- Propose and implement effective solutions to ensure project success.
7. Financial Management :
- Monitor project-related finances, including budgets, expenses, and financial report
