Project Manager - Paints & Resin Industry (10-15 yrs)
We need candidate from Paints and Resin Industry or FMCG.
Candidate Profile :
Position : Project Manager
Location : Sandila (UP)
Education and Work Experience Requirements :
- The candidate should be B.E. / B. Tech. ( Electrical / Mechanical Engg. )
- 10-15 yrs in Paint & Resin Industry ( preferable ) or in FMCG/Pharma Industries.
If the candidate is an Electrical Engineer :
- Checking of Single Line Diagram & Electrical Panel Drawings against the BOQs.
- Preparation of BOQs for Electrical Distribution System.
- Experience in Installation & Commissioning of HT Transformer, HT Switchgears, DG Sets, LT Panels, PCCs, MCCs, Capacitor Banks, AMF Panels, AVRs etc.
- Experience of LV Devices like ACBs, MCCBs, RCCBs, VFDs, Power Contactors, Protective Relays; its selection and application for LV Panels.
- Experience of Relay Co-ordination System.
If the candidate is an Mechanical Engineer :
- Experience in Structural fabrication & Erection.
- Knowledge of various Mechanical Design Codes & Standards ( preferable ).
- Knowledge of Equipment like Reactor, Heat Exchanger, Mixing Tank, Storage Tank, etc (preferably Paint Industry).
- Experience of unloading, shifting & erection of Equipment with proper safety measures.
- Experience of studying P&IDs
- Experience in preparation of Piping & Structural BOQ.
- Knowledge of Annual Budgeting - Power & Fuel, Maintenance and Repair costs.
- Experience of Spares Management System.
- Experience of Planned ( Predictive, preventive & break down ) Maintenance System.
