Project Manager - Preconstruction (10-15 yrs)

Qualification : BE- Civil
Experience : 10 - 15 years
CTC budget : 15 Lakhs
Expertise :
- This role is not a project execution role. It is predominantly a pre-construction role, with an additional responsibility of project execution.
- Should have worked in providing inputs to the design teams, project planning, coordination, project scheduling, BOQ, Billing certification, coordinate with the site team for timely execution.
- Must have experience in working on Villa plots & Villas Projects.
