We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical instrumentation systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate industry and a strong background in project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical instrumentation systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure proper calibration, configuration, and integration of mechanical instruments.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and budgets.
- Utilize Critical Path Method (CPM) and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Conduct site surveying and analysis.
Preferred Candidate:
Only Male candidates with 3-4 years of experience in the Real Estate industry are preferred for this role.
