Exp : 8 to 15 yrs

Job Profile :
Residential project :
- Execution of Civil Construction Work.
- Good knowledge of & exposure to excite civil work like RCC Structure, reinforce meant, shuttering,Inspection brick work, plaster work; layout, leveling, reinforcement, shuttering work as per drawing
- Should be able to deal with the contract and project management issues.
- Monitoring the site activities time to time.
- To assist the project manager in the civil works at site.
- Supervise civil and structural works as per consultant drawings.
- To ensure receipt of right quality and quantity of material and testing of the same.
- Regular reporting of material status and progress of work at site.
- Preparation of Estimation and Costing.
- MIS reporting daily, weekly & monthly reports etc. Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ).
- Handling to Labor Activities Preparation of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)Planning Supervision of Civil Concrete Work Slab.
- Costing Reinforcement Placing As Per Drawing In High rise building Residential & Commercial Project Minting quality control procedure regular testing of material.
- Visual infection of work conducting
- Regular site safety check Checking the contractor/sub-contractor bill Coordination between Architects & Contractors Skill to communicate effetely with contractors, labor, management
- Salary as per market standard.
