Role :
- Must have experience in Project Management - Residential.
- Adept in project scheduling techniques like CPM and project management tool MS Project with a flair for adopting modern construction methodologies in compliance with quality standards.
- Prequalification of vendors, Tendering, Negotiating and Vendor Appointment, coordination with Client & Design team, Project Planning and Scheduling, Cost Control, Procurement tracking, Billing, Client Management, Construction.
- Monitoring, Evaluation of the Building Services and Closeout Management.
