Project Manager - Tender Operations (7-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- E-Tendering and Bid Management
- Work with architects, contractors and distributors to manage the quotation process. Review & interpret customer design requirements.
- Create pricing options to maximum margin.
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure quotation activities are completed accurately and on-time.
- Project Management Activities
- Provide leadership and project management rigor to drive cost/margin, schedule, performance and quality of assigned projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files.
- Ensure customer communication process is effective.
- Provide clear direction and support to project team members.
- Support to project team to manage the accuracy, quality and timeliness of the submittal process (coordinators & CAD designers).
Sales, Technical Support/B.D. :
- Coordinate with customer to explore project opportunities and evaluate opportunity to participate in the specification and quotation process.
- Guide sales team on sales calls to provide technical expertise on product and service capabilities.
- Provide technical support and education to internal / external customers for product and installation related inquiries.
