Project Manager - Villas (15-20 yrs)
Our client is a highly visible independent developer of excusive premium homes, integrated lifestyle communities and classic & contemporary work spaces, with environment priority work and design.
For over 3 decades, they have had landmark projects across Hyderabad and Secunderabad, they have now taken up new projects in Cybercity and in Bangalore.
Keeping in view the growing needs, we are on the look out for a Project Manager In Bangalore for a project over a 100 villas !
B.Tech/ M.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 15-20 years of work experience post technical qualification
- Good and Effective Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Must have worked as a Project Manager for at least one project and must have involved himself in the complete work cycle of the project from design to execution, commissioning and handing over.
Are you a person with :
- hands on experience in design coordination with consultants and works coordination with multiple contractors and vendors
- understanding of MEP Services viz. Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Airconditioning, BMS,
- familiar with Implementation of the highest standards of Quality Control
- Effective implementation of Multiple Contracts of the projects?
