Job Description Functions/Major Responsibilities :

- Define project plan and coordinate with our SAP/IT department.

- Coordinate with the operation and our IT dpt for the blueprint.

- Management of process changes and implementation of the changes across multiple warehouses.

- Perform QA testing on warehouse processes and tools and provide feedback.

- Collaboration with IT developers to improve system/warehouse procedures.

- Develop and manage strong leadership team and oversee: training and coaching, evaluation of all employees necessary to meet or exceed goals, and development of the work atmosphere.

- Ensure that the WMS is implemented and followed in the business.

- Offer support and guidance on processes to warehouse leadership when needing assistance.

- Actively measure quality and strive for continuous improvement. Continually seek ways to improve the overall distribution process and identify best practices.

Job Requirements :

- Self-motivated and willing to drive process change. Active and engaged with teams in and out of an office setting

- Excellent IT skills with the ability to understand all movement through the supply chain

- Ideally have project management skills and has knowledge of SAP - WMS

- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills; credible with internal stakeholders and external audiences; comfortable meeting with/presenting to executives and senior management.

- Must be analytical as well show a proficient level of problem identification, and problem solving skills

- Ability to maintain a demanding schedule in a dynamic work environment

- Travel is required to other sites in the region.

Education and Experience Requirements :

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management.

- Equivalent experience or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering

- Solid competency in Microsoft Office suite, primarily Excel and the use of pivot tables.
