Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary:

The job requires Project Management of Water Treatment Plants with experience in India and Abroad, Overall experience and knowledge in Civil, Mechanical, piping, E&I and process equipment, Construction, installation & commissioning of water treatment plants in EPC, Turnkey basis from scratch to completion.

PRIMARY- DUTIES- AND- RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Overall responsibility of Scope, time, cost, quality, procurement, communication, stakeholders, risk, HR managements in the field of water treatment projects.

2. Preparation and Monitoring & control of overall project activities as per scope

3. Preparation and Monitoring & control of time schedule and periodical reporting

4. Preparation of project budget, monitoring & controlling of cost throughout the project

5. Preparation of BBU, Billing schedule, cash flow for the project, maintain the same throughout the project

6. Active participation in procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of material

7. Knowledge in quality aspects of water treatment plant construction, equipment and material

8. Motivate and manage a team of project and site personal to ensure smooth progress of project

9. Effective communication with all stakeholders and periodical reporting of work progress.

10. Forecasting the work progress and make necessary actions to maintain the baselines

11. Foresightedness about the probable risks and effectively manage them

12. Managing the stakeholders- expectations keeping the organization and project's interest in tact

13. Managing the variances (changes) effectively to ensure smooth progress of project

14. Problem solving ability with respect to construction & installation progress at site

15. Daily monitoring and controlling activities pertaining to construction, installation and commissioning

16. Commitment to make work fronts available for work progress at site

17. Complies with all statutory requirements connected with the implementation of project

18. Complies with the highest level of safety during all stages of project execution to avoid any type of incidents and or accidents. Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace

19. Keeping records of all the aspects of the project for smooth progress and closure of the project

20. Overall responsibility and ownership for achieving the objective and profitability of the project

WORK- EXPERIENCE: Around 15 yrs COMPETENCIES:

Experience in the field of water treatment

Project execution, out of which minimum

5 years as Project Manager managing EPC projects

Site experience must.

A dynamic leader

Ability to motivate, good communication and interpersonal- skills.

A creative thinker and good organizer

Good command of English reading,writing and speaking

Self-motivated, initiator, problem solver

Academic Education:

Graduate- of- Bachelor- of- Mechanical/ Civil- Engineering

Project Management certification preferred

Software knowledge:

MSP (P6 preferred)

Auto- CAD- reviews

MS office

OTHER- REQUIREMENTS:

Physically- strong- and- healthy
